Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with Changing Cages ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the client", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before confirming a booking.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a completed care sheet and, where applicable, a deposit.

Dates are not held without a deposit. The deposit amount and payment method will be confirmed at the time of enquiry.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking start date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking start date may forfeit the deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time in exceptional circumstances. In this case, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

We will care for your animals to the best of our ability and in accordance with the care information you provide. You agree to provide accurate and complete care instructions.

We reserve the right to seek veterinary treatment for your animal if we believe it is in distress or in need of medical attention. Veterinary costs are the owner's responsibility.

You must inform us of any existing health conditions, dietary needs, or behavioural traits prior to boarding. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or early termination of the boarding.

We strongly recommend that all rabbits are vaccinated against Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease (RHD1 & RHD2) and Myxomatosis. We reserve the right to request proof of vaccination.

Any animal showing signs of illness on arrival may be refused boarding. In such cases, any deposit paid may be non-refundable.

While every care will be taken, Changing Cages cannot be held liable for illness, injury, or death of a boarded animal that occurs despite reasonable care being provided.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Any equipment left with us (carry boxes, bedding, toys) is left at your own risk. We take reasonable care of items but cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
